Terms & Conditions

1. Enrollment & Participation

By enrolling an athlete at insightcheertwirl.life, the registering parent or guardian agrees to the terms outlined here. All athletes must have a completed registration form and signed liability waiver on file before participating in any class.

2. Tuition & Payments

Monthly tuition is billed on the 1st of each month. Tuition is non-refundable except where required by law. Drop-ins and trial classes are paid at the time of class.

3. Attendance & Make-Up Classes

We understand life happens. Missed classes may be made up within 30 days, subject to availability. Make-ups do not roll over month to month.

4. Cancellation

To cancel enrollment, please notify us in writing 14 days before your next billing date. Cancellations received after this window will take effect the following month.

5. Liability

Cheer and twirl are athletic activities that carry inherent physical risks. By participating, parents and athletes acknowledge these risks. Our coaches are trained to minimize injury, but cannot eliminate all risk.

6. Media Release

Photos and video may occasionally be taken in class for studio promotion. Parents may opt out at any time in writing.

7. Code of Conduct

We expect kindness, respect, and good sportsmanship from athletes, parents, and coaches alike. Behavior that disrupts the safe, positive environment of the studio may result in dismissal without refund.

8. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email and posted here with an updated revision date.
